Responsibility Matters
Our Breweries brew our beers to be enjoyed responsibly by adults. Brewers and Distributors have invested more than a half-billion dollars since 1982 in a comprehensive portfolio of more than two dozen community-based programs and national advertising campaigns to promote responsible drinking and help prevent underage drinking and drunk driving.
Current Programs are:
*Family Talk About Drinking – This program helps prevent underage drinking by encouraging open, honest communication between parents and children
*Speaker’s Bureaus – Bringing in speakers to all ages of students to bring the message of responsibility and respect for the law to schools and community groups.
*Prevent, Don’t Provide-The program reminds adults to do their part in preventing underage drinking by not buying alcohol for minors or providing it to them at parties.
*College Talk – Is designed to help parents continue communicating openly and honestly with their children on the subject of drinking as students prepare for college and begin a life on their own.
*TIPS Program-A Program designed to train retail servers. The TIPS program provides a high quality, consistent approach to responsible service that is critical in today’s environment.
